Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, we require all drivers to be at least 23 years of age.
Do you charge per hour or per day? What are your rates?
We charge per day for rentals and we have hourly rate packages for events. Rates vary depending on the vehicle. We love simplicity and uncomplicated your rental experience.
High-end rentals always have strict mileage limits. What are yours?
We couldn’t agree more, the high-end rental industry does have strict low limits! That’s why we offer an INDUSTRY BEST 300 to 500 miles per day, at minimum on our incredible fleet. We want you to enjoy your experience as much as possible on the road.
What if I go over my daily miles limit? I always worry about hitting it and the rental company hitting my wallet!
We understand and can relate. We too have fallen victim to outrageous miles and overage fees. You shouldn’t be charged half or full-day rental prices just for getting gas, or just for enjoying time on the road. Buzz kill. We charge $2.00 per mile on every vehicle we offer. Simple. No hitting your wallet.
Do you have any kind of rewards program?
Glad you asked! Yes! Loyalty is important to us as well as rewarding you for your business. We are putting the final touches on a customer focused loyalty program that actually gives meaningful rewards to you for spending your hard earned money with us. It will be an INDUSTRY BEST program. Rest assured all rentals until the loyalty program launch will be tracked and credit applied!
Are there any discounts or promotions currently available?
With our “Duty and Drive Membership”, we are proud supporters of the Men and Women serving our great nation and communities. That is why through this membership we give all Active and Retired Military Service Members and 1st Responders (Police, Fire, EMT), a 50% discount on all rentals and services, following enrollment. Through our Duty and Drive Membership we acknowledge that what we have and what we are able to provide is because of their services and sacrifices. With absolutely no sign-up or membership fees to enroll!
What about insurance? Do you offer any insurance or roadside options?
We require you to carry 100/300/100 coverage and collision coverage. If you don’t have that. Don’t worry! We also offer 3rd-party liability and collision damage warranties on all of our vehicles! Talk about convenience! We also have 24/7/365 Elite Roadside Concierge for an affordable rate. These professional experts know our fleet and requirements like a flatbed, and they are very fast!
What forms of payment do you take?
All reservations do require a credit card in the renter’s name. Legalities and insurance stuff. However, the final payment can be made with a credit/debit card, Venmo, Apple Pay.
Are some of your vehicles seasonal?
Yes. Some of our exotic, sports, and classic cars are not built for the winters of the northland. While it may sound fun dashing through the snow in a lambo. Trust us, It is not safe or fun. Our seasonal cars are always shown on our fleet list, but they won’t be available to book until the warmer months. Nature is unpredictable. We wish we had a crystal ball to know when the clean and safe roads season is here. So we make our best judgement on when a seasonal car should be available. All reservations are subject to weather and road conditions. We ensure that you have a fun, enjoyable, and safe time in one of our iconic vehicles.
Is a deposit required?
Not if you select our Total Trip Protection Coverage. Otherwise we do require a deposit. This is a temporary hold on the card you provide and is released once the vehicle is returned safe and sound.
What is Total Trip Protection Coverage?
It’s peace of mind, freedom, and coverage bundled together! By taking this incredible option you get our 24/7/365 Elite Roadside Concierge with flatbed towing, coverage for flat tires, glass, dead battery, out of gas, lock-out. Taking this option also removes the deposit requirement on the vehicle.
When do I provide my documents?
Withing minutes after completing the booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will detail your rental, car, time/date, rate, and any selected options. There will be a link to select for you view your rental and upload your documents as well as sign the rental agreement. If you do not want to upload your documents. You can provide them and sign at pick-up. Doing it ahead of time does speed things up, but options are good!
Do you provide delivery? Or have a way for me to get to you?
Yes! We provide delivery and pickup for just $100. We also provide black car shuttle service one way for $100, or round trip for $200 from anywhere in the greater Minneapolis/St Paul metro and western Wisconsin. So many ways to get to enjoy our amazing fleet!
